@nscottg @shanselman I can't speak for every agency out there, but I would say apply anyway. Your 20 years real-world (customer facing) experience is more valuable than someone fresh out of a degree. Also, IMO, 3 years coding is *not* a junior. They're just looking for a mid-level on junior wages
